Sourdough Loaves
A batch of our freshly baked sourdough loaves, scored and baked to give a deep, crackling crust and an open crumb. Made daily using a long-fermented dough and traditional shaping methods.
Butter Croissants
Our laminated croissants are rolled and folded by hand each morning to create distinct, buttery layers. The result is a pastry that is crisp on the outside and soft within.
Celebration Layer Cake
A custom four-layer celebration cake finished with piped buttercream and fresh decoration, made to order for a birthday in London. Every tier was baked and assembled fresh on the day of collection.
Seasonal Sweet Treats
A selection from our rotating sweet treats counter, including fruit-filled turnovers, iced buns and spiced pastries made to reflect the season. These change regularly and are always prepared using quality ingredients.
